Heartbeat

This drama series tells the story of two young physicians, Daan and Arend, and internist Julie, in the medium-sized hospital 'Small Venice'. The two physicians-in-training fight for the only trainings spot of the hospital. Julie must coach the turbulent young men, who both fall for her charms. They are confronted with contemporary medical problems by which a large request is done on their medical skill, their personality, but especially their mutual solidarity.
