Toby's Travelling Circus is a fast-paced, warm-hearted, funny and hugely exciting animated series for young boys and girls. Toby, himself, is a free-spirited 8 year old and the world's youngest ringmaster and together with all his crew he brings all the fun of the big top to the television.
