简介：Composer, author, lyricist ("It's Howdy Doody Time") and stock broker, educated at Columbia University (with a Bachelor of Arts degree). During World War II, he served in the US Naval Reserve as a Lieutenant junior grade. Between 1947 and 1955 he wrote songs for television and for RCA Victor records and Golden Books.
