简介：Composer, conductor, arranger and accompanist, educated in high school. He became an arranger for several bands, including those of Les Brown's (with whom he worked for seventeen years). He was a free-lance arranger for Doris Day, and for radio and television shows including the Bob Hope and Steve Allen shows, and for films. He made many records.
