简介：Born in New York City in 1964. Adopted at the age of 3 months by parents Carole & Michael. Grew up in Manhattan, where he attended Horace Mann and Columbia Prep schools. Graduated in 1980. Attended NYU intermittently for 2 yrs. Left and moved abroad to Australia where he stayed on and off until early 1990s.
