简介：Iskra Yossiffova was born on February 26, 1954 in Cherven bryag, Bulgaria. In 1972-1973 she studied sociology at the Institute of Economics in Sofia. Iskra Yossiffova was among the first students in Film Directing in The National Academy of Theatre and Film Art in Sofia.
