简介：Michael immigrated from England to the USA in 1953. He stayed with his godmother, Jessica Tandy. He served as a Marine with Mike 3/7 made famous by "A Face Of War" (documentary). He is the only British subject to receive three purple hearts in Vietnam. He became the protege of famed cinematographer, Lee Garmes.
