简介：A baseball prodigy as a youngster, Bobby Murcer was drafted by the New York Yankees and was tabbed for stardom as the replacement to Mickey Mantle. While Murcer had a solid career in the Major Leagues, he didn't quite live up to the lofty expectations given him and he was traded to the San Francisco Giants, then Chicago Cubs.
