简介：Elicia Stokes Navarro was born to her Mother in Chicago, Illinois. She attended Alexander Graham Bell Elementary School, where through a series of tests they found out that she was severely visually impaired; legally blind, She then was sent to Jacksonville Illinois where she attended The Illinois School for the Visually Impaired.
