简介：Derek was born in Seattle, Washington and was raised in Scottsdale Arizona. He attended Whitworth University and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management. Derek also has worked on his MBA degree at the Ken Blanchard school of Business in Phoenix, Arizona.
