简介：Jeffrey spent his childhood as a "military brat" moving from military base to base. While moving every 3 years can be stressful, even at a young age, Jeffrey realized that he was given the opportunity to live in many interesting places that varied from bases up and down the eastern U.S. seaboard to overseas locations in Italy.
