简介：George was born in New York's South Bronx and is a Detective Commander from the NYPD (Ret.) now living in the Phoenix AZ area. As a Professor of Criminal Justice at several Colleges and Universities he holds Master of Science Degrees in Criminal Justice and Public Safety, as well as an (ABD) PhD in Leadership.
