简介：Dr Arthur E. Grosser is a professor of Physical Chemistry at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. His main research focuses are in the field of chemical kinetics and reaction rates. He also conducts studies on pesticides and agro-chemicals. He is also the author of books such as Cook-Book Decoder or Culinary Alchemy explained.
