After studying at the prestigious Gaiety School of Acting he began his professional career on stage appearing in classical plays including "Hamlet", "Macbeth" and "A Midsummers Nights Dream" as well as contemporary productions including "Sleeping Around", "Madame Melville" and "Amadeus".
