简介：Gerard De Boe studied in oudenaarde to become a teacher. In 1926 he became teacher in oudenaarde, but he left a year later already Belgium to become a medical assistent in Kongo from 1927 till 1938. From 1940 on he was camera man working for the Information and Documentation Centre of Kongo.
