简介：Ioachim was born in Bucharest, Romania, to a filmmaking family. His father is the famous Romanian actor Ilarion Ciobanu and his mother is an award-winning documentary writer. He started learning English at 4, acted in plays and films since middle-school and began making his own films at the age of 14.
