简介：Semyon Tsvigun was a life-long member of the KGB from the late 1930s, interrupted only by Red Army service in WWII. He graduated from Odessa Teachers College in 1937. He was sent to Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic in 1951, and then to Tadzhikistan and Azerbaijan. In 1967, he returned to Moscow, and became the Deputy Chairman of the KGB.
