简介：A theologian's daughter, Elizabeth Goudge penned over forty publications, many of them children's books. Her best-known work, Green Dolphin Street, won the Literary Guild Award in 1944 and The Little White Horse was awarded the Carnegie Medal two years later and was screened as a television series (Moonacre) by the BBC.
