简介：Lydia Kavina is a composer, professional thereminist, and master teacher of the theremin. At age 9, Lydia began her study of the instrument with Professor Theremin, a first cousin of her grandfather. Her stage career as theremin player began at age 14. She studied musical theory and composition in Moscow at the Tschaikovsky State Conservatory.
