简介：Mary-Ann was born in Malta GC, to a serving British Army Dental Officer, William, and wife Patricia. A sister was born a year later and the family moved to Troon, Ayrshire, Scotland, before staying in a haunted house in Ardesier, Invernesshire. The family was then 'posted' to Singapore, for three years, where daughter number three was born.
