简介：Yves Camdeborde was born in Pau in the department of Pyrénées-Atlantiques. He left school at the age of 14 to become a cooking assistant and continued his training course in Paris at the Hôtel Ritz, the restaurant La Tour d'Argent and the Hôtel de Crillon.
