简介：Steven Kelly Phelan was born August 2nd, 1993, in The Colony, Texas. At age nine, his family moved to Whitewright, Texas. There, amidst the monotony of rural life, Phelan began to try his hand at film making, with a small hand camera he had received one Christmas.
