简介：Australian writer, member of the Rogue school of mysteries which featured clever thieves and swindlers, popular with Late Victorian readers. Guy Boothby was born in Adelaide, Australia, at a 16-acre property named "The Glen", which was purchased in 1855 by Mr. Justice Boothby, his uncle, who resided there until his death in June 1868.
